I am a psychotherapist, supervisor and trainer based in rural Wales, where I practice both indoors and outdoors. My work is held gently yet firmly within the context of Ecological TA.
Ffynnon Dawel
Ffynnon Dawel is an old stone cottage and four-acre woodland garden nestled in a mile long wooded valley. To reach the encampment we cross a little foot bridge over the Eifed stream, which flows through the valley to join the Teifi river.
Ecological TA
Ecological therapy, and more recently, Ecological TA, supports us to work in a way that honours our interconnection with the land and other beings. It provides a context for therapists to connect with the natural world in respectful and reciprocal ways, and to bring these skills directly into our therapy practices and communities.
